How do I pay for my booking?

You may pay via email transfer or cash.

When is my reservation confirmed?

Your reservation is confirmed upon payment information being received. Iif someone else wants your dates and sends in a deposit before I receive yours, they will have precedence.

What is the checkin/checkout times?

Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 3pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request.

What is your refund policy?

Policy in effect year-round regardless of weather conditions. Guests are financially responsible for the specific time they have reserved and paid for. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will result in all monies paid being refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notice the guest forfeits their entire payment (with the exception of damage deposits). We will attempt to rebook the date and if successful will refund all monies minus a $50 rebooking fee.

Is it our responsibility to clean the condo upon departure?

The unit is to be cleaned before leaving, including linens and dishes; unless prior arrangements with a cleaning service have been made.

Is this condo ski in/out?

To access the ski slopes you will cross one road and then ski down a small hill to the nearest lift.  To return to the condo, there’s a map in the unit that demonstrates the easiest route back, which allows skiing to just above our unit and another road crossing.

Will the pool be open during winter?

Yes, our pool is fully heated and is available to our guests throughout the ski season (unless there is a breakdown or pandemic),. . Guests under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult..

How many people does your condo sleep?

The condo sleeps 7 comfortably; king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room.

How old do you have to be to rent this condo?

This suite is not to be rented to persons under 25 years of age.

How will we get the keys?

After your full payment has been processed you will receive via email the key instructions.  The keys are located in a lockbox in our building.

Are pets allowed?

There are no pets allowed in this suite and if any pets are discovered in the unit, you will be subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250 (cost of cleaning the carpets & upholstery). As well pets in the suites without the owner of the suite present is a violation of our strata By-Laws and there is a $200 fine for that infraction. So please ask your visitors to leave their pets in their car!
