Whether you’re relaxing after a day on the slopes or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, this unit provides the perfect retreat.
If you love cooking this kitchen is designed with space enough for a helper alongside you as well as many small appliances; fondue pot, keurig coffee machine, milk frother, waffle iron, rice cooker, air fryer and regular drip coffee machine to help you prepare some great meals while staying on the mountain
The heart of the unit features 46 inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and Fire Stick for seamless streaming of your favourite shows and movies (note it only has Prime set up with an account, the other streaming services like Netflix and Crave will need your account info)
‘On chilly evenings gather around the propane fireplace for warmth and ambiance. It’s the perfect backdrop for relaxing with friends and family.
The unit includes 2 bathrooms to accommodate your needs. One features a tub-shower enclosure perfect for soaking after a long day. The master ensuite offers a walk-in shower with heated tile flooring, ensuring you stay warm and comfortable.
For added convenience there’s a full-sized washer and dryer, perfect for keeping up with your holiday laundry.

The master bedroom is tastefully renovated, blending modern and rustic features, and features a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is perfect for families with its twin bunk over queen bottom. We also provide a portable crib and toddler chair.
After a fun day on the slopes, gather around our selection of board games we offer to keep your group entertained. It’s a great way to bond and create lasting memories.
Please note that this unit is non-smoking and pets are not allowed as per strata regulations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
This condo has been set up to accommodate guests 365 days of the year. There’s always something to do no matter what season (click here for some options)
A scenic 10 minute walk through the old alpine village gets you to the main lodge and restaurant. Downtown Courtenay, a delightful place to browse, grab a bite, or see a movie, is a 25-minute drive and local beaches are 30 minutes away from the condo.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 3pm. Cleaning service may be available and the prices vary depending on your needs. This service is separate from our unit and may not always be available. Sheets and bedding are provided as are kitchen linens. Bath towels and pool towels are not.
